Current Initiatives in Sustainable Real Estate Development

Avatar Equity LLC and EcoVision Homes LLC are pleased to be continuing their relationship to launch the Avatar Vision Fund. This Reg D 506(c) fund will invest in real estate projects which are consistent with their trademarked Green Workforce Wellness Neighborhoods strategy. The fund will raise and allocate private capital into impact investments in the Residential New Construction, Value-add Apartment and Flexplace retail/Commerical asset classes. The intent is to allocate impact driven investments in green construction geared toward the American workforce.
